Inside Sales-Sales Development Associate (Interns)

Job Description: As a Sales Executive at Manras Technologies, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. You will work towards understanding customer needs and requirements, and effectively route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Your role will also involve closing sales to achieve quarterly quotas, researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest to maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Additionally, you will collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals, as well as perform effective online demos to prospects. To excel in this role, you should have proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota. Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day are essential. Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, along with experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, and the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively are crucial for success in this position. A BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
