Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers
2) Identity and generate leads for sales by understanding customer requirements and explaining Zaperon platform benefits
3) Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
4) Devise innovative ways to increase conversion
5) Handle communication with potential leads on emails and linkedin
Desired Skills
1) Excellent written and verbal communication
2) Fluent in both English and Hindi
3) Familiarity with a CRM tool is a bonus
