Job Description

Delhi-based cybersecurity product firm is looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our business.

Responsibilities

1)    Generate leads by cold outreach to potential B2B customers via call, email, linkedin. Target customer profile is CIO, CISO, CTO, Head-IT of medium to large enterprises

2)    Communicate Zaperon product capabilities on various online/offline channels

3)    Conduct Zaperon product demo to potential customers

4)    Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system

5)    Devise innovative ways to increase conversion

6)    Handle marketing / communication with potential leads on emails and linkedin

7)    Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell


Desired Skills:

1)    Excellent written and verbal communication

2)    Fluent in both English and Hindi

3) Should be comfortable with cybersecurity SaaS business

4)    Familiarity with a CRM tool is a bonus
