Key Responsibilities As Inside Sales Representative

• Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in Xira Infotech's digital marketing services.
• Client Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone calls to businesses of all categories, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Xira Infotech's digital marketing offerings, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development.
• Qualification of Leads: Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and readiness to engage in digital marketing services.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects, understand their business needs, and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information and expectations.
• Follow-up: Follow up with leads through email or phone to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and update the CRM system with relevant information.
• Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding the effectiveness of messaging, lead quality, and market trends.
  

Inside Sales Job Requirements
