About the Role

Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and online networking.
Manage in-bound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their IT infrastructure needs.
Promote and sell IT products & solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Printers, Servers, Networking Equipment, etc. from OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.).
Support the field sales team with appointment scheduling, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide timely reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

Graduate in IT/Business/Engineering (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in the IT Infrastructure domain.
Strong understanding of IT hardware and solutions (servers, storage, networking, end-user devices) is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
