Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: BLR Experience: 2 to 4 Years Department: Business Development & marketing Job Overview: At AutoSec Innovation, a fast-growing startup in Automotive engineering services, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales & Marketing Executive who can wear multiple hats and contribute across critical business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is passionate about the automotive tech space, and wants to take ownership of both sales and marketing initiatives. As the Inside Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, building a strong sales pipeline, and working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to convert prospects into business opportunities. You will also play a pivotal role in branding and marketing activities by creating and managing outreach content, updating our digital presence, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of our services. You will be directly involved in: • Generating qualified leads and scheduling B2B meetings with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and mobility tech firms. • Creating and managing marketing assets such as brochures, capability decks, and case studies. • Supporting the company's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, the website, and event listings. • Engaging in follow-up communication with prospects and clients to support deal closure. • Maintaining CRM discipline and ensuring reporting accuracy for business review. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development a. Own and drive revenue generation from OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and mobility tech companies. b. Build and manage the full sales pipeline from Lead generation to closure. c. Identify and engage with decision-makers in automotive Industry. d. Lead proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization. 2. Strategic Marketing & Positioning a. Develop and execute a lean marketing strategy to increase brand visibility. b. Create sales enablement content: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and technical brochures (with support from technical team). c. Coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences. d. Manage and update basic web presence (in collaboration with external vendors if needed). 3. Inside Sales & Team Oversight a. Oversee and mentor the Inside Sales Executive (junior). b. Support outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold emails, CRM, and lead nurturing. c. Establish performance KPIs for inside sales and ensure CRM discipline. d. Support in qualifying leads and setting up technical discussions. e. Support the creation of marketing material, proposals, and sales presentations. f. Work closely with marketing to optimize lead funnel Required Skills & Experience: a. 24 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development in the automotive software or embedded systems domain. b. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. c. Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). d. Understanding of sales funnel, lead nurturing, and proposal generation. e. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. Preferred Qualifications: a. B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, or MBA in Marketing/ Strategy (preferred). b. Prior experience working with Tier-1 automotive suppliers, automotive software companies, or tech consultancies. c. Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. d. Exposure to international markets (especially Germany or EU automotive sector) is a plus. Compensation: 5 - 7 LPA
