Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Tetra Pak, you will be responsible for driving top-line sales and enhancing customer experience through digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on managing accounts and promoting the Tetra Pak portfolio. This position is based in Chakan, Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver financial targets for transactional customers - Execute market growth priorities for selected accounts - Identify growth opportunities by increasing sales to active customers and activating zero-sales customers - Generate leads and opportunities through up/cross-selling products/solutions based on customer needs - Continuously update customers on new products via digital platforms/marketing - Convert leads into opportunities for transactional customers - Receive and score leads for strategic and operational customers; assign high-scored leads to relevant Sales Managers and disqualify low-scored leads - Accurately capture customer needs and requirements using different questionnaires to configure solutions that maximize value for customers and Tetra Pak - Drive customer engagement and experience for transactional accounts - Utilize digital platforms to enhance sales efficiency and promote the Tetra Pak portfolio - Encourage customer self-service via digital platforms, including E-business and My TetraPak - Understand and comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial Practices framework, regulatory framework, and general code of conduct - Ensure proper and timely documentation of Customer Files Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Sales/Marketing) with relevant experience in Inside Sales - Experience in sales and customer experience leveraging digital platforms and tools Additional Details: At Tetra Pak, you will find a variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.
