Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Indore, India. The role entails engaging with prospective clients, generating leads, managing accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. While the position is located in Indore, flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and capable of working in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the semiconductor or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
