Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Engage in B2B sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential customers and introduce our products/services.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Proven track record in outbound sales and achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
