Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective hotel and hospitality clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Explain and pitch Retrod’s software solutions (Websites, Booking Engine, PMS, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to convert leads into customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Knowledge of hospitality or SaaS sales is a plus.
