We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our hotel technology solutions. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in travel tech, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to prospective hotel and hospitality clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Explain and pitch Retrod’s software solutions (Websites, Booking Engine, PMS, etc.). Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Conduct product demos and presentations. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to convert leads into customers. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred). 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
