Job Description

Coordinate with customers, distributors, and internal teams to manage order inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Maintain and update client databases and generate regular sales reports. Support field sales team with backend coordination, including stock status, dispatch updates, and invoice sharing. Manage incoming leads from online and offline sources and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and after-sales service. Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery updates. Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
