Role Summary
We’re looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Representative (Female) who can connect with leads, explain our subscription plans, and convert them into happy Freshyzo customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers and follow up regularly.
Explain Freshyzo’s trial and subscription plans clearly.Convert leads into active paying subscribers.Maintain and update customer data in Excel/CRM.Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Female candidate (Raipur local preferred)
Excellent Hindi communication; basic English understandingPrior experience in inside sales or telecalling preferredConfident, punctual, and target-drivenBasic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp & CRM tools
