Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Location: Okhla Phase 1 Delhi , India Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and following up on leads. ● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs. ● Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives. ● Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections. ● CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong negotiation and closing abilities. ● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills: ● Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry is a plus. ● Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models.
