Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, generating and converting leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining CRM systems, following up on sales inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
