Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves making outbound calls, following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and providing relevant solutions to drive sales. Additionally, the representative will work closely with other teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve business goals.
