Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.

Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or referrals.

2. Sales Presentations & Pitching

Present and promote products or services to potential customers over calls or online meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. Conversions & Target Achievement

Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Address queries, handle objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. CRM & Data Management

Update and manage customer information in CRM software or sales databases.

Track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress accurately.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

Work with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.

7. Product & Market Knowledge

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends.

Communicate value propositions effectively to different customer segments.
