About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Cybersecurity Sales team. This role is open to freshers, interns, or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle for our cybersecurity solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and industry events.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and connect with prospects on LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Qualify leads based on defined parameters and schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records for all interactions and leads.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
• Stay updated on our cybersecurity offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Requirements
• Fresher, intern, or 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a curiosity to learn about cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Ability to work from our Gurgaon office.
