The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and contributing to business growth through proactive lead generation and excellent service. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer queries and provide product information with professionalism Identify and generate potential sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, stock availability, and timely follow-up Support walk-in clients and assist them in making informed purchase decisions Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-first mindset with a focus on satisfaction and support Basic knowledge of sales process and lead management (training will be provided) Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members Good organizational skills and attention to detail No prior experience required – freshers are welcome Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any stream Why Join Us?
