What You Will Do

Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.

Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting both new and existing accounts.

Collaborate with the external sales team to develop territory growth strategies and close deals.

Conduct structured sales calls to understand customer requirements and position Enerpac solutions effectively.

Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations virtually, highlighting ROI and technical benefits.

Work with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report progress.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on Enerpac’s product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor activities.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or technical sales (preferably in industrial products, capital equipment, or engineering solutions).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Experience of using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
