Business Contribution: As a Human Resources (HR) Operation Representative, you will serve as the frontline contact for all HR-related inquiries and requests within our organization. Your two primary responsibilities will be to 1) provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers, ensuring their HR needs are efficiently and accurately met and 2) manage employee records and data within our HR systems.
