HR Operation Representative

As a Human Resources (HR) Operation Representative at Enerpac Tool Group, your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers for all HR-related inquiries and requests. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee records and data within HR systems, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of HR needs, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in interpreting HR policies and procedures. Here's what you will be expected to do: - Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance, responding promptly via phone, email, or in-person. - Generate HR reports and metrics as required, ensuring strict confidentiality based on company policies. - Address and resolve first-tier HR-related issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to the appropriate HR team member when necessary. - Provide guidance on HR self-service tools and additional resources to employees and managers. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to streamlined HR service delivery solutions. - Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed. To be an ideal candidate for this position, you should have: - High school graduate or equivalent (Associate or bachelor's degree preferred). - 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Shared Service Environment. - General understanding of HR policies and procedures. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS environment. - Dedication to excellence in customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
