HR Operation Representative

Role Overview: As a Human Resources (HR) Operation Representative at Enerpac Tool Group, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers. Your responsibilities will include serving as the frontline contact for all HR-related inquiries, managing employee records and data within HR systems, and ensuring HR needs are efficiently met. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance, responding promptly via phone, email, or in-person. - Generate HR reports and metrics as needed. - Address and resolve first-tier HR-related issues and concerns, escalating complex matters when necessary. - Provide guidance on HR self-service tools and resources to employees and managers. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to streamlined HR service delivery solutions. - Support other HR projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications Required: - High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Shared Service Environment. - General understanding of HR policies and procedures. - Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS environment. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
