We're Hiring! - Telecalling Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

:

Call potential customers to inform them about our diagnostic services and offers
Understand customer needs and help them book home sample collection services
Follow up on leads and maintain customer records
Meet daily/weekly calling targets
Share feedback with the marketing and operations teams

Requirements

:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
Freshers are welcome!
