Inside Sales Representative

• Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting both new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the external sales team to develop territory growth strategies and close deals.
• Conduct structured sales calls to understand customer requirements and position Enerpac solutions effectively.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations virtually, highlighting ROI and technical benefits.
• Work with CRM tools (eg, Salesforce) to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Enerpac s product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3 4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or technical sales (preferably in industrial products, capital equipment, or engineering solutions).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Experience of using CRM tools (eg, Salesforce) to manage pipelines.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
