Outbound Calling:
o Make daily outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, and existing customers.o Use company-provided scripts and talking points to deliver key marketing messages.o Follow structured call flows while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.Lead Generation and Follow-Up:o Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and needs.o Record customer information accurately and follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.o Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team where applicable.Customer Relationship Management:o Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention.o Listen actively to customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.o Address basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
