Job Description

Co-ordinate and assisting sales team to process orders. Ensuring smooth sales processes by closely monitoring sales transactions and maintaining clear line of communication between the team etc. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales strategies. Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities for sales. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up with leads to schedule meetings or product demos. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the companys products or services to prospective clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of individual clients and address their pain points. Provide product information, pricing, and promotional offers to prospective clients. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers. Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions. Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Track sales progress, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals. Ensure the timely and accurate submission of sales reports and customer feedback. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotions. Work closely with external sales teams or field representatives to ensure smooth handovers and consistent messaging.
