What you’ll do:

• Engage with 200+ candidates every week to understand their goals and guide them through our training and placement programs

• Counsel and support nurses in making informed decisions about their career journeys abroad

• Develop strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills that will accelerate your professional growth

We’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, inside sales or career counselling

• Proficient in English and Hindi

• Strong communication skills - you enjoy meaningful conversations and helping others reach their goals

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference
