Role & responsibilities Own the full inside sales cycle from lead qualification to closure for cybersecurity and SaaS products. Generate new B2B leads through inbound/outbound channels (email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars, etc.). Build, manage, and nurture a high-quality pipeline of prospects across mid to large-sized enterprises. Identify decision-makers, understand customer pain points, and present tailored cybersecurity solutions. Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, metrics, and forecasting. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align GTM strategy, feedback loops, and campaign performance. Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients and contribute to account expansion. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and evolving cyber threat landscapes. Preferred Skill:- 710 years of proven success in Inside Sales roles, specifically in B2B IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity sales. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2), and enterprise needs. Experience selling complex technology solutions to IT heads, CISOs, and procurement teams in enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a metrics-driven environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
