Job Description

Role Overview:

B2C sales background (interiors, real estate, modular furniture, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and inbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into confirmed projects.
Conduct client meetings to assess design needs, preferences, and budget.
Present design offerings, services, and execution process confidently and clearly.
Use excellent convincing and communication skills to guide client decisions.
Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Work closely with the design and execution teams for project alignment.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

3 to 6 years of experience in interior sales or similar B2C domains.
Excellent sales, communication, and convincing skills.
Should be able to work in a target-based sales environment.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Presentable, client-focused, and professional in approach.
Experience using CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
