Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, your major responsibility will be to ensure the availability of the right people at the right positions and at the right time through efficient manpower planning and provision. This includes maintaining a workforce for operations by effectively enforcing discipline, motivating employees, and promptly addressing their grievances. You will also be responsible for providing training to employees to enhance their skills and competencies and ensuring timely and effective resolution of all employee grievances related to safety, health, and welfare. Compliance with statutory and buyer rules and regulations is also a key aspect of your role. Authorities associated with this position include hiring employees based on approved ideal capacity, accepting resignations below supervisor level, signing gate passes for employee movement, clearing exceptions for department staff, sanctioning leave, approving advances against salary, signing on salary account opening forms, and approving night shifts and food allowance vouchers for non-production staff. The necessary qualifications for this role include an MBA in HR or MSW. Your key result areas will involve optimizing the manpower capacity of the plant, minimizing employee absenteeism and attrition rates, ensuring a highly skilled and competent workforce, reducing employee grievances, and maintaining zero cases of non-compliance. Result follow-up will include monitoring the ideal manpower capacity, absenteeism percentage, attrition rate, competency matrix scores, skill matrix, number of grievances, and audit observations.
