Position Summary

Inside Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, Develop, and Lead Inside Sales Team

    • Recruit, onboard, and train a new inside sales team
    • Foster a high-performance environment, mentoring team members and overseeing day-to-day sales operations
    • Set clear sales goals, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Top-of-the-Funnel Ownership

    • Strategize and execute outreach campaigns targeting US-based clients
    • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a robust pipeline to support company growth
  • Sales Outreach and Relationship Building

    • Craft compelling pitches for both email and phone outreach tailored to decision-makers in target industries
    • Nurture prospects from initial contact through qualified lead status
  • Database and Lead Management

    • Build, maintain, and segment a database of potential clients, leveraging market research and industry data
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy to maximize conversion rates
  • CRM & Process Management

    • Expertly utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, SuiteCRM) to manage pipeline, leads, and reporting
    • Define, implement, and optimize presales stages in the CRM to align with business goals and drive consistency in lead progression
    • Generate and analyze sales reports, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

    • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client experiences
    • Provide input on sales collateral, go-to-market plans, and incentive programs
    • Identify areas for process, technology, or strategy enhancement and implement best practices for inside sales

Key Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in inside sales for staffing or contingent workforce solutions, preferably in a US market environment
  • Demonstrated track record in building and scaling sales teams and processes from scratch
  • Strong ability to design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, social)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms such as Hubspot, SuiteCRM, Salesforce, or similar; skilled at customizing sales workflows and reporting
  • Comfortable working with sales and marketing tools for data research, list building, and automation
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, adept at drafting sales pitches and leading presentations
  • Analytical mindset, capable of tracking and interpreting pipeline and performance metrics to drive improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
