Role Description

We’re hiring for Inside Sales + Lead Generation

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential clients across FMCG, Q-commerce, and logistics.
• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
• Run outreach campaigns and secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Support proposals, pitches, and client follow-ups.
• Track pipeline, reporting, and conversion metrics.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–5 years in 

  inside sales / lead generation / enterprise sales support

  .
• Strong communication and presentation skills with CXO-level comfort.
• Proficiency in 

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Excel

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 

  B2B services, logistics, or supply chain sales

  .
• Ability to create lead databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Proven record of 

  achieving or exceeding lead targets
