Business Development Executive – VRM Structures India Pvt LtdWe are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at VRM Structures India Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of solar mounting structures. If you have a passion for sales and business growth, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, developers, and channel partners. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements:1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, construction, or related industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu and nearby regions for client meetings. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Location: Tamil Nadu (Travel Required)Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
