Inside Sales Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern cum Executive to join our team. During the first two months, you will undergo hands-on training in lead generation, client communication, sales coordination, and CRM usage. Based on your performance, you will be offered a full-time Inside Sales Executive position. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services related IT. Generate leads, follow up with warm leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Assist in identifying potential clients through online research and networking. Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team Maintain and update Excel records accurately Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and share daily/weekly updates. Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers can apply) Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Good listening ability and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or CRM tools is an added advantage Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative What We Offer: 2-month structured internship with practical sales exposure with stipend.
