Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments or product demonstrations for senior sales/account executives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM hygiene.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align on customer strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience

    , preferably in B2B
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Willing to work in

    UK shift (1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST)

    and/or

    US shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

    .
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
