Role & responsibilities Proactively generate leads and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify leads and set up appointments or product demonstrations for senior sales/account executives. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM hygiene. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align on customer strategy. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of inside sales experience , preferably in B2B Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Willing to work in UK shift (1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST) and/or US shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) . Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset. Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
