Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  • Perform cold calling to potential leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the companys products, services, and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and solution offerings.
  • Maintain records of sales leads and client interactions in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6months–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of networking products and IT solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during outbound efforts.
