Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Sr. Inside Sales ExecutiveLocation: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Openings: 2 (1–3 years & 5–10 years experience) Industry: IT Hardware / Electronics / B2B Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Laptop/refurbished laptops to corporate clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises. The role involves identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales, primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new corporate leads (cold calling, email, online research) Engage with IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and decision-makers Understand client needs and recommend laptop solutions accordingly Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close B2B sales Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment and support Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets (Senior Role) Lead team members and contribute to strategic sales planning Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge (brands, configurations, warranties, etc.). Requirements: Requirements:Junior Role: 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience Senior Role: 5–10 years with team-handling exposure Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Knowledge of laptop brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo) and business configurations CRM proficiency and MS Office skills Self-motivated and target-driven. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience selling refurbished or second-hand IT hardware. Knowledge of major laptop brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.) and typical business use-case configurations. Understanding of IT procurement processes in corporate environments.
