Position: Desktop Support Engineer / Field Desktop Support EngineerLocation: Gurugram Sector 49 (with field support duties)Key Responsibilities:Laptop and desktop repairing and assembling Operating System (Windows) installation and configuration Data backup and restoration Outlook/email setup and support Hardware troubleshooting and replacement Card-level diagnostics and repair Client-site visits for technical support and troubleshooting Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop repairing & assembling Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and basic networking Experience in email configuration (Outlook) and data management Own bike and valid driving license – mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer:Competitive salary package On-the-job learning and career growth Exposure to a wide range of IT setups and enterprise clients Supportive work environment with a fast-growing tech-rental company
