Job Description

Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and support the sales funnel through effective communication and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone with persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos
  • Maintain CRM records and track interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Will be handling the Dealers and Distributors across India.
  • Runo calls Analysis
  • Handle the Tele calling executives and their performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5 + years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Should have experience in Electrical industries.
