Job Description

You will be working as an Inside Sales Executive at Subhag HealthTech in Bengaluru. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound sales calls to prospective clients such as Gynecologists, Hospitals & Andrology labs - Conducting cold calling & building new lead pipelines - Performing consistent follow-ups until conversion - Understanding individual customer requirements and responding with personalized solutions - Providing virtual product demonstrations to doctors & hospital owners - Maintaining lead records and daily activities on HubSpot CRM - Documenting sales updates in Excel, Word & CRM systems - Representing the company professionally with proper telephone & communication etiquette - Handling objections and rejections positively while keeping a strong conversion focus - Achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets - Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales / Tele-sales experience - Excellent Hindi & English communication skills - Confidence in making calls and handling objections - Consistent follow-up mindset where persistence is key - Quick learner with adaptability to product training - Positive attitude and willingness to grow - Ability to work collaboratively in a team - Basic knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred) - Proficiency in Excel, Word & email communication In addition to the above, you will receive product & sales training, growth opportunities in the fast-growing HealthTech industry, incentives for achieving sales targets, and the chance to work with a mission-driven team changing the future of fertility care in India.
