Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals through strategic communication via LinkedIn, email, and calls. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and highly skilled in digital outreach. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn hunting , email outreach, and follow-ups. Research prospects and tailor outreach strategies to generate interest in DigiXpressions Medias services. Conduct initial sales calls, understand client needs, and position our digital marketing solutions effectively. Maintain and update CRM with lead details, interactions, and progress. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in digital marketing). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting and outreach . Expertise in email communication and follow-ups . Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
