Job Description

Industry & Sector:

Healthcare services / Telemedicine a remote-first clinical services provider focused on expanding digital patient intake, appointment conversion, and virtual care access across India. We are scaling inside-sales capability to drive customer acquisition, appointment velocity, and long-term patient engagement.

Inside Sales Executive

Location & Workplace:

India RemoteRole & Responsibilities

Drive outbound and inbound lead conversion via phone, email, and digital channels to meet monthly appointment and revenue targets.
Qualify prospects quickly, capture clinical needs, and schedule consultations or demos with the care teamensuring high-quality handoffs.
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM; log activities, update statuses, and ensure data accuracy for forecasting.
Execute multi-channel outreach sequences and A/B test messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead routing, nurture workflows, and reduce time-to-book.
Prepare weekly performance reports, forecast short-term pipeline, and recommend process improvements to consistently hit quota.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Experinece of Dialler system and sales CRM
Exrensive calling on warm leads (BPO Preferred)

Preferred

Experience selling into healthcare or telehealth services
