Inside Sales – Business Development Executive (BDE) 📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office), Sector 142 About the Role:- We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-driven Inside Sales – Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement. You’ll play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through inside sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:- Pitch products/services to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads. Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed lead information and progress. Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the senior sales team. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign-based outreach. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends. Requirments:- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle rejections and objections professionally. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms. Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
