Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.

Client Engagement:

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.

Sales Conversion:

  • Drive revenue by converting leads into active clients through effective pitching and relationship management.

CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain updated records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client requirements and business goals.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus
