● Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.
● Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate programs.
● Schedule meetings or programs demos for the senior members.
● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
● Handle incoming inquiries and follow through to close sales or pass qualified leads.
● Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
● Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
● Any Graduate
● 1 - 3 years experience in hardcore inside sales or field sales experience for a B2C/B2B consumer product or service. ● Experience of selling high end international courses, study abroad programs or higher education would be highly preferable.
● Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage.
● Comfortable with giving presentations to large/ small audiences.
● Open to work from the office & travel, if required.
