Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Lunik IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound inquiries, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals related to security systems and access control solutions. This role is crucial in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails from potential and existing clients. Generate leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions (biometric devices, boom barriers, access control systems, CCTV, etc.). Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations, site visits, and solution implementation. Resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, and service terms. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
