Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound B2B calls.
  • Introduce and explain project-based services to potential clients.

  • Qualify leads based on client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and follow-ups.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

    Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus.

  • Clear, professional phone communication.

  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills.

  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
