We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team and help drive sales growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and gather intelligence on potential buyers in the APAC, US, and UK regions. Identify customer needs and position Credentech Solutions' services accordingly. Execute cold calls and outreach activities to generate and qualify leads. Schedule and set up meetings (virtual or face-to-face) for the sales team to explore opportunities. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to qualify prospects and develop strategies for engagement. Build strong relationships by nurturing leads through follow-ups and value-driven communication. Develop and deliver impactful presentations and marketing collaterals. Maintain accurate call logs and detailed information records using CRM. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insights. Contribute to the creation of sales training materials and development strategies. Provide market trend insights to internal stakeholders for competitive advantages. Requirements: Proven experience (2-6 years) in Inside Sales, with a strong focus on software service sales for the US and UK markets. Excellent cold-calling skills and lead generation expertise. Ability to understand and assess buyer needs and present custom solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
